My commitment to Real Estate started early, when at age 13 I was responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the printed MLS listings in a Montreal Real Estate office. Even while studying Civil Engineering at UBC, I managed to scrape up a down-payment on a small East Side condominium. Since then, I have never paid rent and my early ownership paid off as together with my husband John, we traded up through several homes.

Having lived on Vancouver's East Side, the West Side and now in West Vancouver, I understand the many neighbourhoods of this great city. Let me help you discover your home in family areas like Dunbar, or the happening district around South Main.

I also understand the challenges and opportunities of investment property, having owned and operated an apartment building in North Vancouver for 5 years.

I believe in education and have taken all the latest courses on Condominium Law offered by the Real Estate Board.

My interest is not limited to ownership. With my technical background and my interest in design and architecture, I have enjoyed renovating several houses with John. Even our 2 children, Karen and Malcolm were enlisted in the projects, swinging a hammer or wielding a paint brush.

My European background dictates that I am concerned about the Environment. I studied green building technology and earned her LEED (Leading Environmental and Energy Design) accreditation in 2007.

The family’s latest 1000 sf renovation followed LEED principles. Demolition waste was recycled, new materials were sourced locally as much as possible, toilets are dual flush and the water heater is super efficient in-line. The final result is both stylish and practical and has the added benefit of extending the life of the house significantly.
